Duties and responsibilities include the counting of weekly offerings and handling of any money received for Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church #2 such as: general, tithes, and special offerings; collection of monies for field trips; oversee the various ministry treasury reports; account for conference and retreat fees, etc.

The Trustee Ministry maintain the offering envelope number system, and issue yearly giving statements at income tax time. The Trustees work to maintain the financial and other church business files and records.
